Stunning sea views, dog-friendly policy, convenient local parking
Cold room temperatures due to heating issues!!! Narrow, steep stairs make access frustrating, particularly for those with luggage!!!

The location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and ample parking options. Comfy beds and clean facilities made for a pleasant stay, but the shower temperature was dangerously inconsistent, requiring a quick rinse. Morning breakfasts offered generous portions, although the cooked items were overly oily. Despite experiencing room issues, the staff were responsive and eventually moved us to a modern, warm room, which improved our comfort significantly.

The room was cozy with comfy beds. Loved that we had heaters which were a lifesaver since it was a bit chilly. It was clean, and I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. Nice soft towels were a plus. The only downside was the small size of the bathroom, which made it a bit difficult to move around comfortably. good stay!

Incredible view of the coastline from the room's large window.
The bathroom is cramped, making it quite difficult to move around comfortably.

Don't miss the fantastic meals from the nearby Strawberry Gardens Pub and Bistro. the vibe there is top-notch! Plus, the easy access to town and beach is a proper winner.
Bit cheeky not to mention the bar and restaurant were shut before I booked! Arrived to a closed hotel look with virtual reception nonsense, and I had to scramble for the WiFi password.

Comfortable stay with great dining options
I enjoyed my stay, particularly the full English breakfast which was generous and delicious, featuring spicy black pudding. The staff were friendly and the hotel maintained high cleanliness standards, contributing to a cozy atmosphere. on arrival, the reception was unattended, making check-in a bit tricky as a solo traveler.

Had a great time with friends! We explored local attractions and enjoyed fun activities like outdoor bowls and Pitch & Putt. The staff were friendly and quick to assist. Keep in mind, there were minor hiccups with hot water and breakfast timings but nothing too bothersome. Just plan around those early mornings if possible!
One downside was arriving late to find the reception was closed, and no one was there to help me get my keys. It made me a bit uneasy as a solo traveler.

Perfect base for beach fun
We had a fab time! Location is spot on—easy to hit the beach and Blackpool! The room was spacious and really nice, though the shower was freezing, like, Arctic level, lol. Comfy enough but could be better. Breakfast was tasty and hit the spot. Overall it was a solid stay!

Just a top selection for strolling in Fleetwood with outstanding value for money. The bed was the comfiest I've slept in for a long time. If you're looking for a cozy spot, it's worth considering.

Decent parking right at the front with enough spots for a handful of vehicles. The facade looked tidy, giving an initial impression of order, with a clean reception area that led the way to the rooms.
The staircase up to the rooms felt like a narrow maze. definitely not designed for anyone with a large suitcase or mobility issues. My room had a severe lack of storage, a cracked basin, and a shower that dribbled instead of flowed. The advertised restaurant was closed when I arrived, and breakfast was limited to weekends. Navigating the property was frustrating, with signage that wasn't exactly clear, and I couldn't find the Wi-Fi password easily either. Ultimately, the overall experience felt more like a hostel than a hotel, not what I expected from a place sporting 'hotel' on the sign.
